Position
Roger Enock is a partner in Covington & Burling?s Litigation and Policyholder Coverage practice groups. He has extensive experience advising corporations, financial institutions, liquidators and individuals in a variety of judicial, arbitral and regulatory proceedings in the UK and foreign jurisdictions. His experience has included: -representing policy holders in claims against insurers; -advising on major restructuring and insolvencies; -internal investigations in the UK and abroad; -international and domestic arbitrations -FSA investigations; and -co-ordinating multi jurisdictional litigation.
