Position
Peter Laveran is a corporate partner resident in Covington's London office. Mr. Laveran has a broad-based corporate and securities transactional practice, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, US securities offerings and other corporate finance matters. He advises US and foreign private issuers in connection with their US and international capital raising activities (including AIM IPOs, Rule 144A, Regulation S and registered offerings), debt and equity tender offers and their US reporting obligations. His M&A experience includes advising a variety of US and international companies and private equity firms on public and private acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures. Mr. Laveran has also represented venture capital and private equity groups on the formation and management of investment funds and in their investments in early and later stage companies.
