Position
Louise Nash is a partner in Covington's London office, which she joined in 1996. Ms. Nash is an English solicitor with a wide ranging practice, including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), securities work, venture capital and private equity and joint ventures. Her practice is international, with virtually all transactions upon which she advises having a cross-border dimension. As such, she has extensive experience of dealing with the challenges presented by cross-border projects. She has particular experience in the life science and hi-tech sectors and in advising on transactions with an intellectual property element.
