Position

William Miller represents leading investment banking firms, commercial banks and public and private corporations with a focus on leveraged finance transactions involving high-yield debt securities, syndicated institutional loans and asset based loans, and equity securities. Mr. Miller works on both the bank and high-yield bond sides of acquisition financings, as well as initial public and follow-on equity offerings.

Among its recent work, Daniel Zubkoff and Douglas Horowitz advised JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities and BMO Capital Markets as joint book-running managers on QEP Resources’ $422m share offering. Meanwhile, James Clark, William Miller and Marc Lashbrook acted for the underwriters in Gaming and Leisure Properties’ $862.5m common stock offering, which was used to fund the acquisition of Pinnacle Entertainment’s real estate assets.
