Has particular expertise in advising clients on procurement routes for complex construction projects and in drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation including building and civil engineering contracts, consultancy appointments, bonds, guarantees and warranties. Experience covers both domestic and international projects for a diverse range of clients including property developers, institutions, public authorities, consultants, funders and contractors.


Member of the main committee of the City of London Law Society and represents the British Property Federation on the Council of the JCT.
