Damian specialises in UK and international tax and estate planning, with a particular focus on the use of offshore trusts and companies by non-UK domiciled individuals. He also advises individuals and trustees on the UK taxation of investments, as well as all aspects of UK personal taxation, with an emphasis on advising entrepreneurial clients.  Many of Damian’s clients are families, who he advises on tax and trust issues, and also on longer term succession planning across multiple generations. Damian also advises institutional wealth management clients on tax and trust aspects of investment structures, including on tax structured products, situs and source issues, as well as other wealth management issues.
