Currently advising Thames Water in relation to its world-scale, £4Bn plus, Thames Tunnel waste water tunnel project for which development consent has now been delivered and its emerging multimillion-pound, nationally significant Deephams Waste Water Treatment Works project. James sits on the National Infrastructure Planning Association national legislation committee.
