Position

Ryan Holcomb represents clients in a wide variety of transactions in the electric power and oil and gas industries. He negotiates and documents acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, financial transactions and commodity hedge transactions for utilities, private equity investors, financial institutions and commodity trading businesses. Ryan's experience includes representing a strategic purchaser in the acquisition of several gas-fired power plants, the representation of a publicly traded energy company in the sale of its interest in an energy trading joint venture, representation of a utility in the disposition of its Texas retail electric business, and representation of a publicly traded energy company in the acquisition of a Texas electric retail provider.
