Bracewell LLP is focused on energy and infrastructure project finance transactions in the US, acting for both lenders and sponsors. New York-based Ron Erlichman, who jointly heads the team with Thomas Tomlinson in Houston, led advice for AP Energy Holdings and South Field Energy, affiliates of Advanced Power, on the financing and equity arrangements for the construction of the $1.3bn South Field Energy project, a 1182MW combined-cycle natural gas and electric generating facility located near Wellsville, Ohio.
