Johnsons represents major national and international insurance companies in both the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland jurisdictions. It also has extensive experience in managing employers liability claims on behalf of major private sector employers in both jurisdictions. It is one of the few firms that provides insurance clients with an all Ireland and UK claims handling facility, from processing initial accident notification, through to timely resolution of litigated claims. All aspects of commercial litigation are dealt with and medical negligence and professional indemnity claims are specialities. The firm has recently been involved in what is believed to be the largest contractual/product liability claim of its kind in the Irish Courts on behalf of a Lloy's syndicate.
