After working in the Chicago office of Baker & McKenzie from 1982 to 1983 and in the Riyadh office of Baker & McKenzie from 1984 through 1989, Mohamad joined the Cairo office of Baker & McKenzie in 1989. Mohamad is on the Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Insurance Practice Groups of the Firm and acts as the liaison partner for the Cairo Office.
