Position

Guido Brocchieri is a counsel in the Firm’s Rome office, where he works mainly on arbitration and dispute resolution. He is a member of Baker & McKenzie’s Litigation & Employment Practice Group, and is admitted to the Rome and Italian Bars, as well as the Supreme Court in Italy. Mr. Brocchieri counsels Italian and foreign companies involved in significant disputes in Italy, particularly those relating to employment and insolvency matters. His work involves common and civil law systems, and he regularly assists clients in civil, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, as well as in labor and employment litigation. Mr. Brocchieri is fluent in matters related to worldwide transactions, including the transfer of business as a going concern, mergers and de-mergers. He also advises industry clients on individual dismissals, collective dismissals and work council procedures.

  • New rules due on assessment of workplace working conditions
