The team lost Mireille Dany, who joined Proskauer Rose LLP and promoted rising competition lawyer Léna Sersiron to partnership. The firm’s expertise encompasses distribution law, antitrust litigation and merger control, and the team was involved in a high-profile antitrust case in the toy sector, in which it successfully represented Toys ‘R’ Us before the French Competition Council. The firm also assisted independent beer distributor C10 on the merger control aspects of its acquisition of the Kronenbourg distribution network from Scottish & Newcastle. The team is recommended for its expertise in regulation and competition issues, representing satellite TV distributor Canalsat in four litigations brought before the French Administrative Supreme Court relating to French media regulator authority decisions on the commercial relationship rights of TV distributors and editors. The team also acted for main French TV and radio broadcaster TDF in two major litigations brought by TowerCast.

In the real estate sector, the team assisted Belambra-VVF on the sale and lease-back of a tourism real estate portfolio to a pool of banks headed by Crédit Agricole Leasing.
