Marloes Diepenbach specializes in collective labor law. She advises clients in particular on (European) employee participation law, collective bargaining law, cross border mergers and collective dismissals. Marloes Diepenbach is involved in large reorganizations. She also advises clients on the establishment of works councils and European and SE employee participation bodies. Furthermore, she advises clients in complex issues in the field of collective bargaining law and employee participation processes related to mergers and reorganizations.

Career

Marloes Diepenbach graduated from the University of Leiden in 1997. She started her career at Schaap & Partners (law firm) in Rotterdam and transferred to Baker & McKenzie in 1999. She became Legal Director in 2008.

• Member of the Dutch Bar Association; • Member of the “Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam”; • Member of the “Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht” and Participant of the collective Bargaining Agreement Working Group of the ‘Verening voor Arbeidsrecht’.

Law at the University of Leiden, graduated in January 1997. She was admitted to the Rotterdam Bar in 1998 and to the Amsterdam Bar in 1999.
