Pam Nieto helps businesses of all sizes address their immigration needs. Whether a company seeks to obtain work visas in connection with opening an office in the U.S., needs to transfer or hire foreign nationals to fill open positions, or desires to assist foreign national employees obtain their green cards, Pam advises clients of their options and explains the requirements and processes involved. She provides guidance and training on satisfying immigration-related compliance requirements, including carrying out audits of employers’ I-9 employment verification forms and processes.
