Position
Aras Berenjforoush's practice covers a broad range of project development and finance, including manufacturing plants, telecommunications networks, transportation projects, and power plants. His experience also covers various aspects of the energy chain including oil and gas acquisitions, transactions and joint venture projects.
Career
Mr. Berenjforoush was a counsel for the World Bank Legal Vice Presidency in Washington, D.C., representing the Bank primarily in the Caucasus region. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Berenjforoush served as an intern in the Executive Office of Secretary General of the United Nations in New York.
