Position
Christopher Stothers is a solicitor-advocate in England and Wales and a counsel in Arnold & Porter (UK) LLP’s intellectual property litigation group in London. He concentrates his practice on high value cross-border patent litigation, including active involvement in opposition work before the European Patent ?Office, and antitrust and competition litigation. He covers all ?fields of technology-from pharmaceutical and medical devices ?to software and telecommunications. His practice also covers ?trade mark, copyright, and design litigation, pharmaceutical regulation, European Union law, commercial litigation and ?arbitration. From 2006 to 2010 he served as an arbitral panelist for .eu domain name disputes administered by the Czech Arbitration Court.
