Position
Van is a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution department. He principally advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of employment law and represents them (both employers and employees) at Employment Tribunal. Van is also an experienced commercial litigator and handles all types of commercial disputes, including property litigation and represents his clients in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session disputes; seeking where possible, to resolve matters short of court.
