Andrea has solid experience in real estate, actively participating in transactions involving direct and indirect acquisitions of real estate, and providing support for analyzes and contractual negotiations related to leases, development of subdivisions, incorporations, leases and rural partnerships, among others. Her native language is Portuguese with fluency in English. Andrea obtained her law degree from Universidade de Direito Mackenzie in 2000, and in 2003 obtained specialization in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP).

She also advises family-controlled groups, individuals and families on family law, succession and estate planning, including pre-nuptial agreements, divorces, asset distribution and inheritance advancement. Her practice includes corporate governance, mediation of corporate, family disputes and planning involving expatriates both coming and leaving Brazil, coordinating different jurisdictions.
