Position
Partner specialising in business crime, tax and VAT fraud, POCA proceedings, complex criminal investigations and private crime and road traffic offences. Cases include: Operation Ballack (complex money laundering investigation); R v Lawson (father found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter, diminished responsibility, suspended sentence imposed); R v F (multiple courts of sexual abuse and rape), case stayed following a successful abuse argument centering around the issue of confabulated memory or false memory syndrome; R v Reynolds and Drew (money laundering), case dismissed after successful submission of no case to answer; R v Lillywhite (converting criminal property and mortgage fraud), case dismissed prior to trial; Polish gangland murder enquiry, investigation at the police station, no further action by police following a number of attendances at the police station.
