Position
Steven is a partner specialising in general insurance work defending liability claims on behalf of insurers, local and public authorities, in particular employers’ liability and public liability claims. He also has experience of defending insurance policy coverage disputes, disease, health and safety, educational negligence and discrimination claims, together with a wide variety of claims against public authorities. He also advises on insurance procurement, data protection and freedom of information.
