Caroline Green is a partner with over 30 years’ experience of dealing with real estate and commercial contracts. She co-leads our nationally-recognised retail and leisure team with Sarah Parkinson and also heads up our nationally acclaimed logistics team.

She represents an impressive list of luxury brands including the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group of companies in the UK, a world leader in high-quality products with a unique portfolio of over 30 prestigious brands across five different sectors namely fashion and leather goods, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, wines and spirits and selective retailing including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Celine, Fendi, De Beers, Donna Karan, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, J W Anderson, Fresh and TAG Heuer. Caroline also acts for a number of independent brands including Issey Miyake, Joseph, Vanessa Bruno, Rick Owens, H Stern and ACNE Studios.

The practice is jointly led by Caroline Green and Sarah Parkinson, who are instructed by major retail and hospitality companies including House of Fraser, Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Walgreens Boots Alliance and Papa John’s. Green advised DPDgroup on its purchase of a state-of-the-art parcel hub at Burbage, and Parkinson assisted a furniture retailer with the restructuring of its core business, which included an audit of the client’s title and the re-gear of certain business operations. New clients in 2017 include Europcar and Patisserie Holdings.
