Position
Managing partner and head of business immigration and employment unit. Assists with visa requirements for overseas businesses entering the UK and senior executives present in the UK. Advises on the transfer of overseas personnel into the UK on their visa, employment and tax issues. Advises those already established with ongoing employment compliance including restructures, terminations and training. Humanitarian law: as Privy Council agent represents a number of Caribbean prisoners in their final appeals. Established projects to ensure representation of others including juveniles and those serving life sentences.
