Work includes sheriff court divorce with financial provision negotiation of substantial financial settlements covered in minutes of agreement including business interests, companies’ and partnerships share options and pensions; co-habitee actions involving claims of unjust enrichment; and issues arising from the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006. Her professional practice involves issues involving children, residence and contact; representing professionals in defence claims by professional bodies of misconduct including allegation and investigation of fraud, as well as other misconduct and negligence claims.
