Position
Partner in Harper Macleod LLP’s insurance and reparation sector since April 2008. Currently part of a team based in the offices of RBS Insurance. Principle area of work relates to defence of personal injury actions raised in the Court of Session on behalf of RBS, along with a Sheriff Court caseload. Deals with all aspects of Court of Session cases including drafting of written pleadings, consultations, pre-trial meetings and court appearances. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law since January 2007. Solicitor advocate since 2009.
