Commercial property partner and Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in commercial leasing; acted for: Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited and Britel Fund Trustees Limited in the sale of Princess Square Speciality Shopping Centre, Glasgow (£107m); DB Real Estate Investment GmbH in the acquisition of the Cerium Building, Glasgow (£21m); HansaInvest Hanseatische Investment GmbH in the acquisition of Princes House, West Campbell Street, Glasgow (£16.6m); the sale of Thistle Marches shopping centre, Stirling (£37m); Allied Irish Bank Plc in the funding of an investment property worth £39m; the acquisition of the Frasers Department Store, Edinburgh, for CBRE Investors (£14.3m) and the purchase of Quatermile 2 Office development, Edinburgh for Swiss Pension fund AFIAA (£23m).
