Position
Jacqui is one of the main contacts for the firm’s banking clients for general advice, tending, and commercial and domestic secured recoveries. She has extensive experience in acting for banks, building societies, brewers and housing associations in the creating of charges and securities for both commercial and property and social housing finance, as well as the recovery and sales of domestic, licensed and commercial properties. She acts for AIB Group (UK) plc; Lloyds Banking Group; The Clydesdale Bank plc; The Cooperative Bank plc; HSBC Bank plc/HSBC Private Banking; Santander; Nationwide Building Society and Dunfermline Building Society. Jacqui also manages various teams processing multi matters issues for institutional clients including repossession, remortgage, general property and grant and security work. Clients include: the accountant in bankruptcy, Scottish Water, the mortgage to rent and the shared equity schemes for the Scottish Ministers, grants for Highland and Islands Enterprise, and the Scottish Government croft sales (SGRPID).
