Position
Partner advising UK and international clients on trusts, asset protection and tax planning, including advice on wills, powers of attorney and charitable giving. An important area of his work is inheritance tax and succession planning, notably for entrepreneurs, company directors and family business owners. Alternate director of Saltire Trustees (Overseas) Ltd, Turcan Connell’s Guernsey resident trustee company, and advises on offshore planning for international clients; residence issues for UK clients; commercial trusts including employee benefit trusts and EFRBS.
