Senior promotion for Carey Olsen employment lawyer

Carey Olsen employment lawyer Rachel Richardson has been promoted to senior associate.

Ms Richardson's promotion comes just one month after she completed a post-graduate Master of Laws in Employment Law. She is the only employment lawyer in Guernsey to hold this qualification.

A specialist employment lawyer within the litigation team, Ms Richardson joined Carey Olsen ten years ago and regularly appears before the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal in Guernsey. She acts as legal counsel for many local businesses and organisations in respect of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

In addition to her LLM, Ms Richardson obtained the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate in Employment Relations Law and Practice in 2009.
