Position

David undertakes a wide range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on
the launch of private investment funds, including the structuring and establishment
of their executive carried interest and co-investment arrangements and their
associated investment activities. He is regularly instructed by fund managers, UK and international law firms and other financial services firms on the launch, administration, restructuring and listing of both closed and open-ended investment funds. As well as private funds, David has advised funds that are listed on the LSE, AIM, Euronext and TISE.
