Position

Alan Stevens is a partner in the Carey Olsen Group, practising in the areas of capital markets, corporate work and investment funds. Before joining Carey Olsen in 2003 Alan was with Linklaters for 25 years, including 16 years as a partner, where he worked on a wide variety of capital markets and banking transactions involving all types of borrower.

Joined Linklaters, London 1978; partner 1987; head of capital markets practice, Hong Kong office and honorary legal adviser to the Hong Kong Capital Markets Association 1990-95; Singapore office 1995-98; specialised in derivative and structured finance capital markets transactions and in acting for corporate trustees, London office 1999; joined Carey Olsen as partner 2003.
