Position
Departmental director and head of the insurance and pensions unit, specialising in pensions and employee benefits. He is experienced in all aspects of international and domestic occupational and personal pension schemes, from establishment to winding-up. As well as advising most of the larger private sector occupational schemes on the Isle of Man, Ben advises the Isle of Man government on various public sector superannuation schemes. He was also a member of the Isle of Man Treasury’s 2010 Steering Committee on pensions. Ben regularly advises on all aspects of employee benefit and incentive arrangements.
