Position
Frances is a partner of Ogier. Prior to joining Ogier she worked for seven years with Allen & Overy LLP, one of the leading London law firms, where she advised on a wide variety of corporate and corporate finance matters. Since joining Ogier in 2005 Frances has developed her practice to focus on investment funds, stock exchange listings and a variety of corporate and commercial matters. These include being involved in some noteworthy Guernsey transactions from leading the local legal team which assisted in the acquisition of Guernsey Gas shortly after her arrival to the recent acquisition by JP Morgan of Schroders’ administration business in Guernsey..
