Position

Tim Morgan specialises in investment funds and corporate transactions. His practice covers a wide range of clients, including retail managers and a range of alternative asset managers in the private equity, real estate and hedge arena. He works closely with law firms in London, the US and other international centres. Publications include: contributor to a Plc investment funds manual, author of Jersey chapter of ‘International Guide to Hedge Fund Regulation’; range of published articles concerning corporate, regulatory and commercial issues concerning investment funds; chaired and spoken at various conferences in Jersey and elsewhere on funds and corporate topics. The firm: Ogier offers legal and fiduciary services from BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey and London. Ogier has fiduciary services offices in Bahrain and Ireland, and a representative office in Tokyo. In 2010 Ogier established a Channel Islands practice at its Hong Kong office to offer Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asian time zone, in addition to the BVI and Cayman services already on offer there.
