Position

Raulin has broad corporate and commercial experience acting for public and private companies in respect of a variety of M&A, capital markets, joint venture restructuring and other corporate-related matters. His practice also extends to private equity and investment funds, as well as a significant real estate practice. He is director of various client companies, including infrastructure and real estate holding companies. Raulin is also a director of Ogier Corporate Finance Ltd, which acts as a sponsor to issuers listing securities on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. The firm: in 2010 Ogier established a Channel Islands practice at its Hong Kong office to offer Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asian time zone, in addition to the BVI and Cayman services already on offer there.
