Position
Simon is a partner in the firm’s investment funds and private equity group in Jersey and is also head of the firm’s BVI legal practice. Simon’s areas of expertise include hedge funds, private equity, protected incorporated cell companies and stock exchange listings. He advises fund managers on the formation and re-organisation of fund structures, as well as funds and investors on investments and exits. He has particular experience of PCC and ICC structures – advised on the first Jersey PCC and first ICC established as a collective investment fund. He has practised in London, BVI and the Cayman Islands.

1993-98 Denton Hall; 1998-2002 partner of Quin & Hampson, Cayman Islands; 2002-2005 managing partner, Walkers BVI; 2005 joined Bedell Cristin, partner 2007.
