New appointment at Browell Smith & Co
As a consequence of continued expansion, the firm is delighted to announce the arrival of Clare O'Leary, a highly experienced and respected clinical negligence solicitor.
Clare, who is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, studied for her Law Degree at Newcastle University and completed a Masters Degree in Medical Law at Northumbria University. Clare qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and dealt initially with cases relating to personal injury. She then went on to deal exclusively with clinical negligence matters and has successfully handled a wide range of cases including those involving catastrophic injuries.
Clare said 'I am very excited by the opportunity to join a well respected, progressive and forward thinking firm like Browell Smith & Co. I am confident my appointment will help further strengthen the firm's clinical negligence team, enhancing the first class legal services we offer victims of medical accidents.'
Clare will work alongside Dr Nicholas Wilkes, who is a member of both the Law Society Clinical Negligence and avma Referral Panels.
