Position
Morven McMillan heads up Mourant Ozannes’ trusts team in the Cayman Islands. Morven was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1996 and was first admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands in 2001 when she joined Walkers, first in the Litigation team and then in international trusts and private client. She joined Charles Russell LLP in London in 2006 as an associate and became a partner and head of the trusts and fiduciary disputes team there. What the directories say: ‘Chambers UK’, 2010 ranks Morven as a leading practitioner and noted ‘Morven McMillan is the firm’s best-known name for contentious work…she is regularly involved in disputes relating to trusts, wills and inheritance.’ ‘Legal 500’, 2010 lists Morven as a ‘leading practitioner’.
