Position

Mark qualified and practised as a solicitor in leading City firm Ashurst from 1992 to 2003, specialising in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His work in Jersey has encompassed a wide variety of disputes including contentious trusts, funds, bankruptcy and asset tracing litigation as well as directors’ duties, regulatory and employment disputes. He became a partner in 2007. Mark is a Cambridge graduate and is also an ADR qualified mediator. Mark qualified as a solicitor (England and Wales) in 1994 (non-practising) and an advocate (Jersey) in 2005, joined Mourant Ozannes in 2003.
