Sarah Wyburn is a Director of Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice and one of Wales’ most experienced and highly regarded family law solicitors. Sarah has specialised in family law throughout her career, dealing with divorce and the resolution of financial matters, and has considerable experience of high profile cases and those involving high net assets. Sarah regularly acts for clients where complex property and business arrangements are involved.

Sarah also has in-depth knowledge of, and significant experience in the law relating to civil partnerships and same-sex relationships, and has practised in this area of work for many years with excellent results. Her work in this area is highly regarded as she is an authority in this field. Indeed, Wendy Hopkins Family Law Practice was the first law firm in Wales to become a member of the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme.

Sarah is experienced in advising in cases that involve unmarried clients and has a wide breath of knowledge in relation to matters involving cohabitees and the resolution of financial and property arrangements.

Sarah regularly acts for clients in private law children matters, and has dealt with cases that involve complex issues through her career. She has also acted in cases involving jurisdictional consideration and those which deal with relocation applications, both internally within the U.K, and internationally. Sarah also has experience of cases involving Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
