Position
Gillian specialises in all aspects of private family law, particularly financial cases for mid to high-net-worth families, married or otherwise, and private children cases, often with an international dimension. During 2010 Gillian was named in the ‘Spear’s Wealth Management Legal Index’ as one of the top 15 family lawyers in the country. Gillian is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. She is a Resolution-accredited trainer for collaborative lawyers and is one of only four individuals in the country approved to train barristers in collaborative law. In 2010 Gillian published the first practical handbook for clients divorcing using the collaborative method – ‘A Client’s Guide to Collaborative Divorce – Putting Your Family First’. Gillian is an accredited civil/commercial mediator through the ADR Group.
