Position
Daniel specialises in all aspects of private family law with particular emphasis on the resolution of financial matters on divorce and children matters. He is committed to a client-focused, conciliatory and constructive approach but is a determined litigator when required. Daniel acted as London agent for CG in her successful appeal to the House of Lords in Re G (Children) in 2006 and for L in his successful action against his ex-wife and her solicitors in L v L&H (concerning ‘DIY disclosure’) in 2007. In 2010 Daniel acted in a complex children case involving a child born to same-sex parents, A v B and D. Daniel is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. He has written for journals on family law matters.
