Position
Partner within the firm’s corporate department who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, take-overs and corporate finance; he has extensive experience of advising multinational, national and local companies on start-ups, restructurings, acquisitions and disposals in the UK and is a leading member of the firm’s foreign direct investment unit, providing advice in Scotland on several major inward investment projects and has been closely involved in joint venture documentation. Expertise includes management buy-outs, management buy-ins, reconstructions, and sales and purchases of companies. Practice includes advising on all aspects of corporate finance work, with particular interest in funds and limited partnerships.
