Position
Director of corporate tax at Brodies, Isobel advises on the corporate tax, VAT and SDLT aspects of corporate finance and complex commercial property transactions and PFI/PPP projects. Her experience includes vendor tax planning, structuring MBOs, employment-related tax issues and share option schemes. Isobel is convenor of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland, a council member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group and chair of the Tax Committee of the Scottish Property Federation.
