Position

Cameron handles all types of personal injury and liability claims work with an emphasis on EL and PL claims across a range of sectors from retail to marine and construction. Cameron is qualified in England and Scotland, and has particular expertise in catastrophic injuries and fatal accidents. As part of this work, he regularly advises on coverage. He is experienced in handling the regulatory and reputational issues these cases can bring. Cameron also handles claims against professionals in the medical sphere, where he acts for doctors and other healthcare professionals. Cameron is active in the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and is currently regional representative for Scotland.
