Position
Partner in the employment team with experience across all areas of employment. Tony has conducted and appeared in employment cases in both Scotland and England. He has been involved in a number of high-profile employment cases, including the time bar decision in Theobald v Royal Bank of Scotland and Dickson v City of Edinburgh Council in the EAT in which he conducted the advocacy, as well as Jackson v Computershare Investor Services PLC (Court of Appeal). He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law and leads the team’s non-contentious work. He has also worked on the TUPE side of a large number of corporate transactions, including multi-national outsourcings in the financial sector.
