Position
Colin leads the corporate restructuring and insolvency group. He specialises in corporate recovery, financial and equity restructuring and insolvency work. He acts for the major Scottish clearing banks in a wide variety of assignments involving both solvent and insolvent restructurings. Colin also acts for banks in relation to security enforcement and insolvency practitioners after a formal insolvency appointment has been made. Colin is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an insolvency specialist.
