Position

David is a transactional lawyer advising on share/asset sales and purchases, private equity, investments, shareholders’ agreements and restructuring – often with an international element. He works with early stage, high-growth businesses right through to listed companies on strategic transactions, corporate governance and related commercial matters. He has worked in-house at a global banking institution, advising on significant overseas M&A transactions and joint ventures.

  • Scottish planning obligations: modification and discharge – the story so far


    Planning obligations 1 (formerly agreements), which restrict or regulate the use or development of land, perform a crucial function within the planning system.
