Position
Partner with over 25 years’ experience in complex commercial disputes. He is ranked in both intellectual property and dispute resolution with a practice ranging from securities litigation, civil fraud and asset tracing to complex international patent litigation. His particular expertise is private international law and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Cases of note include: Canada Trust v Stolzenberg (civil fraud); Eco Swiss v Benetton (arbitration); Empire Online v Partygaming (arbitration); Hoover v Dyson (patents); Improver v Remington (patents); Lonhro v Fayed (civil fraud); Stone v Rolls v Komercni Banka (civil fraud) and Lego v Tyco (copyright).
