Bristows LLP's team 'is more than a collection of lawyers; it is a real team working together - and for each other - for a common client-focused goal'. The practice stands out for complex IT disputes, as well as commercial claims involving IP licensing and exploitation contracts; it has also experienced growth in disputes involving the misuse of confidential information, and instructions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. Mark Brown, Anna Cook and Simon Clark are experienced advisers, as are Jeremy Blum and Angela Fouracre. Kevin Appleton retired from the firm.
